Job Description Maintaining accurate records in compliance with local and international regulations Assisting in the preparation of reports and data analysis Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies for smooth logistics operations Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures Handling administrative tasks and correspondence related to customs Staying updated with changes in customs regulations and implementing them Supporting the logistics team in various tasks as required The Successful Applicant A successful Customs Administrator should have: Experience in a similar customs/logistics/import/export role would be advantageous but not essential Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office applications - Excel essential Excellent communication and organisational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Competent in data entry and record-keeping What's on Offer 6 month temporary role with possibility to extend Hybrid working - 2-3 days per month required on site Fantastic experience in a well respected global manufacturer A supportive, inclusive and team-oriented work culture If you're eager to step into a Customs Administrator role in a thriving manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today.
