Completing import clearances for key clients Liaising with customers and suppliers to process customs clearances accurately Offering guidance on importing customer goods into the UK Providing support on commodity codes and customs procedures to clients and customers Ensuring all work is part of an AEO accredited freight forwarder standard Calculating taxes to customers Completing customs entries for Deep Sea Ocean freight and European Road Freight Skills Required
Experience working within the freight forwarding industry Multifreight, CNS and Destin8 experience Experience completing customs entries from start to finish Able to use HRMC online tariffs Completion of Deep Sea or European road freight customs Strong understanding of customs commodity codes and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office Seniority Level
