Cyber Risk Operation Analyst Welwyn Garden City (2-3 days in office) 6 months contract £400 Inside Umbrella Role:

The work involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the Cyber Risk team. Overseeing various trackers for resourcing, projects, and stakeholder management. Tracking meeting actions and maintaining the action log. Organizing team meetings on a monthly or fortnightly basis. Assisting with the administration and upkeep of SharePoint repositories and Confluence pages. Supporting the induction process for new joiners. Assisting Technology colleagues with queries related to cyber risk management and control design/implementation. Monitoring data quality and developing impactful and actionable data visualizations through risk reporting, analysis, and optimization. Compiling and distributing weekly reports, updates, and preparing ad hoc reports as needed. Working with stakeholders to ensure data is production-ready while performing user acceptance testing. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure visualizations are fit for purpose and insightful. Gathering user feedback and identifying necessary changes. Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with colleagues and management. Proactive and quality-driven with a keen eye for detail. Experienced in fast-paced environments, adept at quickly finding optimal solutions to problems. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving tangible results. Strong business judgment, with the ability to influence others and think analytically. Skilled in conceptualizing, managing, and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Skilled in deriving insights from data and creating new visualizations. Good to have skills:

JIRA, Tableau, and Excel VBA, complex pivot tables, and slicers. Previous experience in Cyber Security is an added advantage. Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
