Cyber Security Lead Remote First (Bristol & London Offices) Up to £100K + Shares + Benefits Are you an experienced Cyber Security Leader looking for an exciting new role? Role Overview: As a Security Leader, you'll be responsible for security operations. You'll conduct comprehensive security assessments, prioritize remediation actions, and collaborate closely with Product and Operations teams. Your proactive approach and ability to build cross-functional relationships will be key to fostering a security-first culture. The business promotes a positive people-first culture which prioritizes growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Communicating and consulting effectively with end customers Conducting security assessments and prioritizing remediation findings Designing and maintaining robust application and infrastructure security controls. Enhance monitoring to detect abnormal behavior Implementing firewalls for additional layers of protection Promoting security awareness and collaborating with the training team to develop effective security training Skills and Qualifications: Experience working with B2B enterprise SaaS Strong knowledge of system and network security, protocols, and best practices, including ISO27001 and AWS Security Hub Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, and data encryption Proficient in risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods Experienced in designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures.
