About The Role The Technical Manager, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, leads Cyber Security Engineering and Identity & Access Management within the organization. This role ensures secure delivery across cloud services and software development, providing security consultancy on design, requirements, testing, and sign-off. As the senior technical authority, the manager will align security principles with various teams, build relationships, and influence security outcomes while maintaining delivery speed. A key responsibility is managing a team of mixed-discipline cyber security professionals. About You This role is ideal for someone passionate about the technical side of cyber security and protecting customer data. You’ll have hands-on experience influencing the design and implementation of security in cloud infrastructure, identity management, and software development, with expertise in relevant security frameworks. Strong communication skills are crucial for influencing teams and stakeholders, and a desire to shift security practices early in the development process is essential. A self-starter focused on quality and team improvement will thrive in this role. Criteria for the role: Significant experience in cyber security and leadership. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, or CISM are a plus. Proven experience securing cloud services and secure development. Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience. 3+ years of experience in a similar role
