Hybrid : 3 days in the office, 2 days remote Office Location : Glasgow, UK Duration : 6 months (maximum) Number of Positions : 2 Role Description The Privilege Access Engineering team focuses on engineering and developing cyber security controls for privileged access. This role involves identity assurance, accounts/secrets management, and monitoring/detective controls to continuously improve defenses against environmental exploitations, persistent attacks, and insider threats. You will have access to cutting-edge technologies and be part of critical security initiatives for the client, which operates in a high-impact industry. Key Responsibilities Design and implement privileged access management solutions across diverse platforms and services. Collaborate with clients to determine requirements and provide tailored solutions. Assist in product deployment, enhancements, and integrations. Partner with operations teams to implement solutions within the firm. Key Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Expertise in Windows Server operating systems. Experience with cybersecurity solutions. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting or C#/.NET. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with globally distributed teams. Knowledge of privileged access management tools (e.g., CyberArk PAS, Hitachi ID, BeyondTrust, CyberArk EPM, etc.). Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory / Group Policy. Understanding of development practices (source control, deployment processes, and automation). Person Specification Strong communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills. Experience working in Agile project environments and DevOps practices.
