Edinburgh, United Kingdom | Posted on 25/11/2024 Position Overview : The CyberArk Practice Manager leads and oversees the development, delivery, and management of CyberArk security solutions within SysGroup. This role is responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of privileged access management (PAM) services.

Key Responsibilities :

Practice Leadership and Strategy :

Develop and execute the strategy for the CyberArk practice, aligning with the organization's overall business goals.

Drive the growth and development of the CyberArk service offering, expanding market presence and client base.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the CyberArk practice.

Client Engagement and Solutions Delivery :

Lead engagements with clients to understand their PAM requirements and design tailored CyberArk solutions.

Oversee and ensure the successful implementation of CyberArk solutions, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Management and Development :

Build and manage a team of CyberArk consultants, engineers, and project managers.

Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.

Allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines and budgets.

Technical Expertise and Innovation :

Stay up-to-date with the latest CyberArk technologies, tools, and best practices.

Develop and implement best practices for privileged access management and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Lead technical pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, RFP responses, and workshops.

Business Development and Partnerships :

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies and campaigns.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with CyberArk and other relevant vendors to enhance service offerings.

Identify new business opportunities and collaborate on proposals and client pitches.

Requirements

Experience :

8+ years of experience in IT security, with at least 4 years focused on privileged access management solutions.

3+ years of leadership experience in a management role or leading a practice.

Proven track record of successful CyberArk implementations and client engagements.

Skills :

Strong technical background in CyberArk suite (e.g., PAS, EPM, AAM).

Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive client success.

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

Certifications :

CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender, Sentry) preferred.

Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

Additional Skills :

Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.

Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Hybrid or remote work flexibility.

Travel as required to meet client and project needs.
