CyberSecurity Service Delivery Engineer - Graduate Consultant

This role is for a Service Delivery Consultant working for an industry-leading cybersecurity company based in London, providing the opportunity to work remotely. Fully remote (must be UK based) Requirements for Service Delivery Engineer - CyberSecurity: At least one year of commercial experience in a client-facing role with a cybersecurity focus (e.g., Consultant, Technical Support, Service Delivery, Operations Engineer). A 2.1 or 1st class degree in Computer Science, CyberSecurity, or a closely related subject from a highly-ranked University. At least ABB at A Level or equivalent UCAS points. Strong knowledge within cybersecurity. Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal colleagues and external clients. A desire to work in a dynamic start-up environment and gain a breadth of skills. A hardworking, self-starter attitude is vital due to the start-up and remote nature of the role. A passion for technology and problem-solving. Solid understanding of Security Networking, Microsoft Windows OS, and Active Directory. Experience in SOC or pen testing is beneficial. Responsibilities for Service Delivery Engineer - CyberSecurity: Manage client relationships. Work on Security Roadmaps for Clients. Provide post-sales technical support & troubleshooting of issues. Perform IT administration and sysadmin tasks. Opportunity to work on pen-testing and SOC focused projects for those with relevant experience.
