Business Systems Process Owner
to improve and optimise internal business processes through
Dynamics 365 CE . This role will focus on ensuring the seamless integration and effective use of
Dynamics 365 CRM
to enhance operational efficiency, while driving system improvements in line with business needs. Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements for
Dynamics 365 CE . Liaise with CRM developers to ensure effective customisation and configuration of the CRM system. Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs. Provide reporting, insights, and process metrics to stakeholders, supporting business decisions. Evaluate system performance and user feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement. Key Metrics and Outputs Ensure CRM training resources are in place and deliver sessions to improve user adoption. Involve stakeholders in user acceptance testing and system enhancement processes. Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve process flow issues. Drive adoption and engagement with internal communication initiatives. Technical Skills Strong experience with
Dynamics 365 CE
customisation and configuration. Excellent business process analysis and requirement gathering skills. Strong communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
