Microsoft Gold Partner About Us: Our client is a leading Microsoft Partner, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated D365 CE Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Solution Design:

Design and document functional solutions that align with client needs and best practices. Configuration and Customization:

Configure and customize D365 CE applications, including entities, forms, workflows, and plugins. Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets client requirements and quality standards. Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the solution. Project Management:

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 CE features and updates, and recommend improvements to existing solutions. Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant or similar role. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and related technologies. Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent. Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits:
