Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 CE applications, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs. Utilize Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend and enhance Dynamics 365 CE functionalities. Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment. Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on Power Platform. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules and capabilities. Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are highly desirable.
