D365 CRM Technical Architect. The Role As a
D365 CRM Technical Architect,
you will define overall migration architecture and approach. In this role you will lead the technical planning and roadmap creation and manage Integrations with other systems. In this role you will be part of TCS Microsoft Business unit and Business Applications team, where you will work on D365 programs for customers across all industries and all geographies. Key responsibilities: Define overall migration architecture and approach. Lead technical planning and roadmap creation. Manage Integrations with other systems. Design and execute migration. Guide and mentor technical team members. Participate in estimation for changes and enhancements to the system. Review and Optimize system performance. Manage Customization and configuration task end to end. Report progress to stakeholders and resolve issues. Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Experience in leading team thought migration projects. Proficient in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions. Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and cloud capabilities. CRM knowledge – strong understanding of on-premises CRM systems to identify migration needs and challenges. Skilled in data extraction, transformation & loading ETL processes. Expertise in customizing D365 to meet business needs. Strong knowledge on security standards and data protection in cloud environment. Good understanding of functional modules such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Good to have: Strong understanding and experience Power Platform – PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate Strong understanding and experience on peripheral skills like Azure landscape and Power Platform.
