D365 Project Data Lead

to join our dynamic team. As a D365 Project Data Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management and governance of data across our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain project. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is migrated, cleansed, and integrated seamlessly into the environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong data management expertise, a deep understanding of Finance & Supply Chain, and experience of working within data-centric projects. This position has the potential to develop into a permanent position within our IT team, which we are happy to discuss during the interview process. Some of the key responsibilities Data Migration and Integration:

Carry out the migration of data from legacy systems into D365, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Coordinate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Manage integration of data between D365 and other enterprise applications or systems (SQL Based). Work closely with technical teams to identify and resolve data migration issues. Data Quality and Cleansing:

Define data cleansing activities, including data profiling, validation, and remediation. Lead efforts to identify and resolve data quality issues across the project lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related aspects of the D365 project. Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and objectives. Provide guidance and training to business users and project team members on data management best practices. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in data management, data migration, and integration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP platforms. An understanding of D365 data architecture, modules, and integrations, particularly in finance and ideally supply chain (this module is not essential). Experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel & other data analysis tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
