(3 days on site). We are based in a rural location with no public transport. Renishaw is currently undertaking a major global digital transformation programme across the Group to replace existing Sage ERP and CRM systems with Microsoft Dynamics D365. To date, D365 has been deployed to the Canadian Office and the first major site for deployment is the UK planned later this year, with the focus on other major sites thereafter. Following that, deployment will be required at circa 25 other subsidiaries. We are seeking an enthusiastic Functional Support Specialist to contribute to the ongoing support, governance, and deployment of D365. The role is within the Group Commercial Services function working in a dynamic, hybrid environment based at the Renishaw New Mills site. There could be opportunity for travel during project deployments. Responsibilities:

Support the user base by responding to D365 customer queries and follow them through to successful resolution. Provide subject matter expertise on key D365 modules. Contribute as part of a deployment team on future implementations. Contribute to the ongoing governance of the solution including standardised processes and procedures. Follow existing and author new operating procedures as needed. Key Requirements:

Understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) concepts and functionalities. Ability to be flexible, multi-task, and organise priorities in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining a high level of focus and accuracy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with stakeholders, customers, and partners. Good business acumen. Educated to a higher education level. Desirable Requirements:

Previous exposure to large, complex systems implementation projects. Some background knowledge of Renishaw’s D365 Programme. Experience of working in a Subsidiary operational environment. Benefits:

When you join Renishaw, we're committing to your future career. That's because we believe in developing our people's skills and promoting them internally. We also offer a benefits package that's highly desirable; including a 9% non-contributory pension, discretionary annual bonus, subsidised onsite restaurants and coffee shops, free parking, car sharing scheme, and 24-hour fitness centres (not available at our Castle Donington, Exeter, York & Edinburgh sites). We also want to promote a healthy work-life balance as much as possible, so we have introduced a hybrid working policy which allows for a combination of home and office-based working depending on the nature of your role. We also offer a variable working programme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Life Assurance policy of 12 times annual salary, Cycle to Work scheme, enhanced maternity pay subject to qualifying criteria, Health Cash Plan, the option to join BUPA Renishaw Health Trust, and an Employee Assistance Programme for employees and family.
