Reason for vacancy Due to the continued growth of the business, there is a need to increase the team to ensure that our customers receive the best attention we can give them. Job Purpose: To deliver application consultancy, implementation services, training, and support to customers, prospective customers, and operational processes as required. To work in all areas of the project lifecycle from RFP and Tender through to Implementation and support, including providing project management support, with responsibility for solution design, delivery, deployment, and post go-live support. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with clients to analyze business processes, clarify customer requirements, and determine the scope of required solutions. Business Process design/mapping and documentation. Leading implementation streams through to delivery and initial post go-live support. Delivery training to key users and assist in training end-users as part of an implementation. Lead customer-focused streamed solution playback sessions and perform fit-gap analysis. Develop design specifications. Lead internal solutions design and process mapping workshops. Manage customer expectations regarding the solution while ensuring maximum use of the software. Provide a knowledge base for end users and team members on implementations. Participate in pre-sales activities as requested. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Consulting Head. Ensure timely completion of internal processes and requirements as per the Company Handbook. Represent HSO in a professional and positive manner at all times. Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to care of equipment. Ensure all Microsoft Certifications and Accreditations required for this role are met. Requirements: Essential: 4+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Dynamics AX in a Lead Consulting role or 4+ years working at a senior level within the manufacturing industry. Experience leading a team on at least two documented implementations. Dynamics AX 2012 implementation experience. Adept at Business Requirement Analysis or demonstrate understanding of manufacturing business processes. Pre-sales experience. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Dynamic AX Certification in at least one key area. Good understanding of implementation methodology for ERP systems. Desirable: Educated to degree level, Dynamics AX Certification, or understanding of manufacturing business processes. Certified in Microsoft's SureStep implementation methodology. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. At least one implementation with documentation as a Senior Consultant. Experience implementing solutions for discrete manufacturers.
