This role will be at the forefront of our global digital transformation. As a key player in our team, the ideal candidate will have a core focus on D365 F&O but will also assist other team members with our other applications to ensure the smooth operation, growth, and transformation of all our global systems. Working as part of an internal team, this role involves both functional delivery and internal development. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions, whether as part of larger projects or in response to ad-hoc requests from the business. The successful candidate will maintain technical documentation, manage project schedules, and develop high-quality code to ensure performance and maintainability. Additionally, they will stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends related to D365, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and effective. We are seeking someone with a strong structured problem-solving approach, who is self-driven, ambitious, and constantly seeking better ways to deliver IT services to the user community. A can-do attitude is required, along with a questioning nature that will prompt innovation and a better way of supporting a growing business. Responsibilities Support the implementation of new D365 features within the business. Work with the business to proactively review current processes to assist with streamlining and process improvement. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions for D365 F&O. Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends related to Dynamics 365. Understand how to debug/triage issues and hand over to development support within the business or externally. Requirements 7+ years of technical experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Some experience with Microsoft Dataverse and D365 Customer Engagement. Proficiency with the Microsoft technology stack. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
