The Role The DA Bordereau Analyst will work alongside an existing team of DA Business Partners in London and DA Operations team in India. Supporting the tracking/processing, in a consistent manner providing accurate and timely management information, whilst ensuring improvement in quality of all bordereau information data. Providing support to the DA Oversight Manager, to ensure that controls and processes are maintained in accordance with SOX and control frameworks Key Accountabilities Strategy and Planning Assisting the management and processing of received bordereau via bordereau management system (BDX). Managing the bordereaux collection process and escalating issues to DA Business Partners where necessary. Problem solving and liaising with Cover holders and Brokers when issues arise, escalating to DA Oversight Manager. Ensuring effective communication is maintained with all parties involved. Delivery of monthly Delegated Authority bordereau data to be presented in monthly forums. Delivery of improved bordereau reporting and output via Power BI reporting for wider business Technical Performance To assist the Conduct area in operating product oversight procedure for delegated authority business via bordereau data To provide technical advice on bordereau data requirements for specific territories and classes of business Timeliness of processes, and feedback from DA Business Partners and underwriting teams. Weekly KPI’s. Skills & Experience Understanding of Lloyd’s delegated bordereau standards London Insurance Market in an operational, reporting or support role Progression towards ACII preferred, or a willingness to undertake professional study when in role. Preferred experience with BDX bordereau system, including mapping A collaborative approach to working. Keen eye for detail, able to navigate detailed reports and summarise the key information for management. Strong communication skills, with internal and external stakeholders.
