About the Role:
This exciting opportunity allows you to work flexibly across various schools, providing essential cover for absent teachers and ensuring a smooth continuation of learning for students. You'll work with different year groups, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, managing classroom behaviour, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Pay:
Starting at 110 per day, based on experience and performance. Hours:
Typically 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences. Deliver pre-planned lesson materials effectively. Maintain discipline and support positive behaviour management. Adapt to the needs of different schools and year groups. What We're Looking For: Experience working with children or young people. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Classroom management experience or the ability to manage behaviour effectively. Knowledge of or experience in educational settings.
