WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN MOULD CLEANER-SUPERVISOR The Supervisor will lead a newly established Damp & Mould team to deliver damp, mould diagnosis and remediation work, ensuring works are delivered to time, to a high standard, whilst providing excellent customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Drive operative performance and maximise productivity of the Damp & Mould team. Ensure appointments are made and kept by working together with the Damp & Mould Co-ordinator to identify and prevent blockages. Increase and drive customer satisfaction. Manage all Operative absences, holidays and time keeping ensuring a fully operational workforce is always in place to meet the contract demands. Identify operative capabilities and competencies and address any skillset needs through training and development. Motivate and develop Operatives through training and mentoring, helping them reach their full potential. Provide technical support to the Co-ordinator and Operatives where needed. Ensure that the quality of work undertaken by the team meets the required technical standards and secures customer satisfaction. This includes undertaking inspections during and at the completion of work.
Minimum Requirements: Experience of being a supervisor or equivalent within the construction or social housing sector. Able to complete material and quantity measuring and have a good material and product knowledge. Productive with a drive for customer excellence, showing empathy, patience and understanding of customers' and clients' needs and requirements. Have a flexible, solution-focused approach. Enhanced DBS check and Full UK driving licence are essential.
