team as a Dance Instructor! If you have a love of children and a passion for dance, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: Preparing for classes and teaching dance to children in a professional manner. Developing a positive rapport with students and parents. Coming prepared to teach their lesson plan. Teaching classes with enthusiasm and positivity. Position Requirements: Passion for children and dance. A background of working or teaching with children, or a love of doing it. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work with children of all ages. Readily welcoming feedback and suggestions on how to make classes most effective. Tenacity and self-motivation: high energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude. Demonstrated confidence and a high level of integrity. Performance background a plus (dance, theatre, cheer, etc.). Physical Demands: Must be able to fully participate in teaching tap and ballet. Must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift. Must have the ability and willingness to work
