Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dance Instructor to join our vibrant dance studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various dance styles and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching. This role involves inspiring students of all ages and skill levels, fostering a love for dance, and helping them develop their technique and performance abilities. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging dance lessons tailored to the needs of students. Teach a variety of dance styles, ensuring all classes are inclusive and accessible. Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills and confidence. Organise and prepare students for performances. Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes creativity and self-expression. Stay updated on current dance trends and techniques to continuously improve teaching methods. Skills Proficiency in one or more dance styles (e.g., ballet, hip-hop, and lyrical). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students. Patience and adaptability to cater to different learning styles and abilities. Experience in choreography is an advantage. Ability to create a fun and dynamic learning atmosphere while maintaining discipline. A passion for dance education and commitment to student development.
