Job Overview: Quality assurance administrators create the documentation for the quality processes of an organization. Their job is to collect and analyse data and create metrics to measure the results and efficiency of quality assurance procedures. You will be working under the supervision of a quality assurance manager, and your job will be to track performance and construction quality measures. You will be responsible for reviewing service provider records, managing databases, organizing records and documents, and assembling reports using available data. You will be dealing with paperwork and documents extensively, so patience and an organized mind are essential. You will assist in internal audits by providing the required information and preparing schedules, agendas, and reports for higher management.

Essential Skills:

Use of Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level; advanced training will be targeted. Knowledge of Site product portfolio and CDM processes beneficial, but not essential. Understanding of relevant regulation and technology beneficial, but not essential. Salesforce/Oracle competence. Written and spoken English at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with all staff levels and visitors. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work within timescales. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Able to work as part of a cross-functional team and manage relationships with others. Able to plan, control, and prioritise the workload to ensure minimal impact and delays throughout the process. Able to work within a rapidly changing environment and remain calm under pressure. Desirable Skills:

Oversee the investigation and resolution of quality issues, effectively maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction. Work with construction supervisors in meeting customer quality requirements and solving quality issues. Participate in quality improvement teams to reduce defects and quality issues. Identify and escalate critical quality issues appropriately to senior management. Communicate immediately quality issues to appropriate departments. Please apply to be considered.
