We’re looking for a Data Administrator to join a busy team in Scarborough. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and loves finding ways to improve processes. Key responsibilities include:

Managing a large contact database to ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Assisting with the coordination of events, ensuring all details are organised and handled effectively. Updating and maintaining internal systems to ensure they are functional and meet current needs. Uploading materials and updates provided by external contributors to the relevant platforms. Working with the team to identify and implement improvements to current workflows. What we’re looking for:

A strong eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks. Confidence working with data and systems, with a willingness to learn new tools. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Someone who is reliable, hardworking, and eager to develop their career. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary of £23,800–£25,000 based on experience. Some weekend work may be required to support events.
