Data Analyst - Asset Management (2-year FTC) £38,844 per annum 37 hours per week, agile working, excellent work life balance. Based at Head Office, Cardiff, CF24 1GG. We specialise in the affordable housing, social care, and health sectors in Wales. Due to the recent implementation of the new Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) 2023, we are looking for an experienced Data Analyst. You willmaintain, monitor, and report on the asset data held on our Housing Management systems whilst also interpreting data research and analysis of asset, housing management and financial information. You will also play an active role in progression stock optimisation projects. What we need from you: Advanced knowledge of asset and energy data analysis techniques. Experience of interpreting data and analysing trends to generate business intelligence to support investment decisions, performance improvements, and value for money. Strong understanding of statistical & data methodologies and use of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard and associated compliance policies and reporting mechanisms/protocols. Highly detailed knowledge and understanding of connectivity between housing and asset management database systems, financial accounting and forecasting systems, energy performance software, new build development viability and project management systems.
