The Athlete Partnerships Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and implementing the usage of internal proprietary data to improve day-to-day departmental efficiency to attain future business goals. The role will require collaboration and formal reporting with internal teams including Product Development, Project Management, Transformation, Autograph Operations, Athlete Marketing, Executive Management, among others. Responsibilities: Manage the creation, implementation, and maintenance of Athlete Partnerships data systems. Manage data governance and ensure data integrity by leading data management efforts across all Athlete Partnerships verticals, including those that touch cross-functional teams. Create reports for internal teams and executive management on an as-needed basis. Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of subjects, products, and processes to drive informed business decisions. Collaborate with team members and other internal stakeholders to collect and analyze data. Oversee initiatives for improving data management processes. Participate in data cleanup efforts and status tracking. Qualifications: Experience in a related field (Business, Finance, etc.). Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Exposure to a large corporate setting focused on the use and management of master/reference data. Strong analytic, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in changing circumstances. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
