A new role available for a Data Analyst to work within the property services department for a housing provider based in Birmingham. Responsibilities:

Assess the quality and consistency of data being captured on Compliance and Asset Management systems. Monitor project progress, work with the Assets Team to manage issues and ensure project data is accurate and up to date on completion of works. Provide data administration support for the team where required on any Assets projects. Support the development of department-wide adoption of sound project management practices. Qualifications:

Proficiency with data analysis tools, particularly PowerBI, CRM systems, and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle recurring and ad hoc tasks. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Analytical mindset for interpreting data and producing actionable insights.
