Due to year-on-year growth, my client is now seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and help drive strategic insights.

As an experienced Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex datasets to inform key business decisions. Collaborating with marketing, commercial, and compliance teams, you will transform data into actionable insights that enhance service delivery and optimise business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management: Aggregate data from various internal and external sources. Manage data cleaning and transformation to ensure high data quality. Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct customer and performance analysis. Use statistical techniques to identify patterns and improve service delivery. Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports. Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Collaborate with teams to improve customer acquisition strategies. Support marketing campaigns with data-driven insights. Compliance & Security: Ensure secure handling of sensitive data in line with industry standards. Support fraud detection and compliance monitoring efforts. Requirements

2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in financial services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Professional development and career growth opportunities.
