Must be available for an immediate start. About Our Client Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation based in Canterbury. They are a large organisation, renowned for their commitment to making a difference in the community and their high standards of excellence. Job Description Interpret data and analyse results using statistical techniques. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Filter and "clean" data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. The Successful Applicant A successful Data Analyst should have: Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks). Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets. Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
