Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced
Data Analyst
with a strong emphasis on data analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will excel in building and analyzing reports, interpreting complex data sets, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Expertise in Domo is essential, as this role requires proficiency in leveraging Domo to create interactive dashboards, automate reporting processes, and deliver high-impact visualizations for data-driven decision-making. Job Details: Work from home Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time *Following US Holidays Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting : Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards in Domo, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights for stakeholders. Data Interpretation : Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, translating findings into actionable business insights. Dashboard & Visualization : Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Domo that provide a clear narrative of key metrics and performance indicators. Process Automation : Utilize Domo's automation capabilities to streamline reporting workflows, saving time and resources. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs, providing custom data solutions and ongoing support. Data Quality & Integrity : Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure data reliability, and address discrepancies when necessary. Continuous Improvement : Regularly assess and refine analytics processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data analytics, report building, and data visualization. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Domo is required Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Attention to Detail : Meticulous in data validation, quality control, and ensuring accuracy in reports. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible and engaging manner. Problem-Solving Ability : Resourceful and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to addressing analytical challenges.
