Join The Nelson Trust as a Data Analyst and play a vital role in supporting effective reporting across our women’s centres in Wales and the Southwest of England. Work closely with our Senior Data Analyst to ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and dissemination. Your responsibilities will include maintaining data quality, training staff, producing impactful reports, and supporting our mission to empower women. You will help us implement the Women’s Risk and Needs Assessment (WRNA), and you will be working closely with the senior data analyst and Centre Managers to develop reporting tools that focus on outcomes and impact, and help us to tell powerful stories of change. You will also provide information about emerging themes to support continuous improvement and new business development. If you are driven and passionate about working within a women-centred support service which advocates for systems change, we want to hear from you. We are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the confidence to manage a wide range of duties. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong analytical skills and a proven capacity to manage detailed processes.
