About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at the Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University of London. In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis and interpretation of large datasets related to cancer genomics and bioinformatics. You will contribute to the development of software infrastructure to support the analysis of liquid biopsy next-generation sequencing data for cancer diagnostics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field, with experience in working with large datasets. You will have excellent programming skills, particularly in languages such as Python, R, or SQL. You will also be able to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, access to a generous pension scheme, and a comprehensive range of benefits are available for the successful candidate.
