A great opportunity for a Data Analyst to join a collaborative and dynamic team within Growth Operations of a unique training company based in Chatham, Kent. The Data Analyst will leverage data-driven insights to optimise growth strategies, improve operational efficiency, and support business decision-making. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Data Analyst ensures that data informs marketing, sales, and operational initiatives, enabling scalable and sustainable business outcomes. Additional experience to support your application for Data Analyst: Experience within a data driven environment preferably sales / business development Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Excel) Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methods Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills Closing date Friday 10th January 2025 although this is subject to change allowing for market conditions.
