Be part of the movement – and play your part About the role The Business Performance Team is looking for a self-learner, talented, and performance-driven individual to join us on a 12-month placement for 2025. If you are a current undergraduate student studying a numerate or analytical degree with an interest in data analysis, this role could be for you! You will be responsible for: Building, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence tools while exploring new opportunities to leverage technology to drive performance. Evaluating automation opportunities and seeking new technology solutions to enhance performance and streamline processes. Supporting the Business Performance Manager in the development of data modeling, data visualization, and data reporting efforts to uncover areas requiring process improvement. About you We are seeking an undergraduate student pursuing a minimum of a 2.1 grade in a related degree such as Mathematics, Economics, Computing, or other numeric STEM degrees. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, enabling them to tackle complex data analysis and interpretation tasks effectively. They should have experience in process optimization and decision science, with a solid understanding of machine learning principles. Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel is essential to present data insights clearly and effectively. We believe the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity.
