This is a varied role encompassing many aspects of the IT/Business landscape. You will be part of a small team comprising yourself and the Group IT manager. Although primarily we are looking for data analyst/reporting skills, there will be a need to undertake tasks in other areas of the IT/Business cycle. You will be an integral part of the IT and Group team. Main Objectives:

Work with the Group IT manager to provide comprehensive reporting services to all businesses within the Group, ensuring that reporting service best meets the Group’s overall development and operational needs at all times within an agreed budget. Undertake general IT tasks which will include the purchasing and provisioning of IT software and hardware, new mobile phones and connections, and general support to end users as required. Work with the Group IT Manager on projects, looking at new systems, functionality, and processes, from project scoping to supplier pricing, covering the full lifecycle of the project. Work with the Group Finance team to provide useful insight to Management and the Executive team. Provide IT services and support to our numerous events running throughout the year. Skill Requirements:

As a data analyst, you will need to: Develop and track key performance indicators, using data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations. Manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets relating to the employer’s business. Mine and analyze large and diverse datasets, drawing out key information and presenting them successfully to management using Microsoft BI. Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders using business analytics reporting tools. Liaise with colleagues and 3rd party providers to fully understand data content to determine the best approach to reporting accurate and timely information. Gather, understand, and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques. Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes. Set up and maintain automated data processes. Monitor and audit data quality. Develop records management processes and policies. Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing. As a part of the IT Team, you will need: To work well in a small team. Experience or knowledge of the IT/Business landscape outside the scope of a data analyst. A car owner with a full clean UK driving license. A willingness to learn new skills outside the responsibilities of the core role. Character Traits
