£47,683+ depending on skills and experience. What you’ll be doing: Maintain data sets within MS Excel, Tableau and JIRA. Produce reports based on data sets to enable briefing of management teams. Your skills and experiences: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including the ability to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data. Knowledge of JIRA to administer, configure, implement and design JIRA instances. Customize workflows and issue tracking and reporting. Tableau skills to include Tableau desktop, data modelling and manipulation, data visualisation, creation of interactive dashboards and reports. A degree in a STEM subject (or equivalent demonstrable and relevant experience). The team: The data analyst for the Engineering Function People Capability team is responsible for maintaining data sets used across the team and producing briefing material based upon that data for briefing to leadership teams. The work involves the use of Microsoft Office products, PowerBI, JIRA, Confluence and Tableau to produce current reports plus investigating and implementing new methods and reports to ensure data is reported in the most useful manner.
