Job Description Drive cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance. Contribute to team roadmap, goal setting, and process alignment with business objectives. Manage and configure GA4 properties for accurate data capture and insights. Build custom reporting dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and support client reporting. Integrate data from multiple platforms (e.g., Adverity, Google BigQuery) and explore new integration methods. Contribute insights for new business proposals and case studies. The Successful Applicant A successful Data Analyst should have: Previous experience as a Data Analyst (Preferably at an agency) Proficiency in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Experience analyzing data across performance marketing channels. Skilled in user journey analysis, identifying drop-offs, and recommending improvements. Basic understanding of CRO tools and A/B testing. Foundational knowledge of performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) for data analysis and reporting. Exposure to keyword and competitor analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Web Ranking, SEMrush).
