Junior Analyst - Leading European Hotel Brand - £32,000 - £35,000 The Company A leading European hotel brand is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Junior Analyst to join its growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic organization that owns a portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts, and leisure facilities. The Junior Analyst will play a key role in supporting decision-making, driving profitable growth, and improving performance across key areas such as Hotels & Resorts, Spa and Leisure, Golf, Food & Beverage, and Events. Keep gaining exposure to new tools as the brand continues their data investment. The brand boasts 28 four- and five-star hotels across key locations in the UK & Spain, blending modern luxury with traditional charm. Key Responsibilities : Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights. Use statistical methods and mathematical models to assess and forecast key performance metrics related to sales, marketing, and revenue generation. Build advanced Excel models for reporting, data analysis, and visualization. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Looker to monitor KPIs and track performance trends. Leverage Google Analytics 4 to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Transform digital data into recommendations to improve online engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to provide data-driven insights. Develop strategies to optimize marketing efforts, increase sales, and enhance revenue streams. Required Skills Advanced Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis expertise. Experience with dashboarding tools and Google Analytics 4.
