Define key metrics and KPIs, identifying the levers that drive them. Understand the platform architecture and identify opportunities for optimization. Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that influence the design and rollout of API features. Develop and maintain data pipelines and dashboards that track the performance and usage of APIs, ensuring real-time visibility into operational metrics. Investigate platform issues, identify root causes, and provide insights to inform the product roadmap. Equip team members with the necessary tools, reports, and guidance to leverage insights and make informed decisions. Promote best practices in analytics techniques across the organization's technology stack. Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide actionable business insights. Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst preferably in the financial services or technology industry. Proven experience with Tableau, including creating self-service BI solutions and interactive dashboards. Strong ability to design KPIs and metrics, and to apply data analysis techniques to complex problems. In-depth knowledge of data warehousing principles and best practices (Dimensional Modelling, Cube Design). Solid experience working with large and complex datasets, and proficiency in SQL and Python. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and how data is exchanged in an API-driven environment. Ability to communicate complex insights in a simplified manner for diverse audiences. Commercially aware and user-focused, with the ability to prioritize tasks that drive business value through data. Strong analytical mindset and a can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
