The Role

The Data Analyst reports into Managing Director of Home and involves working across the business to be a focal point for supporting the business better utilise the data currently available, producing reports, insights and analysis across the departments. Working 43 hours per week, this role can be based from our office in Stevenage, Slough, or Selkirk. Working with Circet

Support Client management with Client reporting requirements Work with IT to ensure new system developments are reflected in the current reporting suites Develop enhanced reporting for back-office functions such as Fleet and Warehouse to enable them to work more effectively Create and maintain data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders Provide insight and analysis to the Exec team to help facilitate strategic decision making and improve business tracking Help ensure data integrity across the business to maintain ‘a single source of truth’ Qualifications and Skills Required:

Preferred: Higher Education Ideally, candidates will already have experience with Salesforce Field Service Experience of Microsoft Power BI both at a reporting level and with respect to data design Good interpersonal skills, both at a management level and when interacting with Clients Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with SQL and database management Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communicator, able to define goals, talk through strategy, gain buy in and agree actions to be delivered, review then analyse results Why Work in Circet?
