You will ensure high data quality while maintaining security and confidentiality where required. Develop and enforce policies and procedures for data gathering and sharing, evaluate the integrity of data sources, and continuously improve data management strategies. Support Category Managers & stakeholders in understanding their category data and generating valuable insights. You will collaborate with a broad community of stakeholders, both internal and external, and be instrumental in supporting the Category Managers in achieving savings targets on projects. This position will focus on providing relevant, accurate data to all Category Managers and Technology stakeholders to give them an overview of spend and savings, trends, key dates, etc., to enable them to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure accuracy and legitimacy of data Create weekly and monthly dashboards as required by various categories Conduct regular meetings with technology procurement team members and category leads on dashboard improvements Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects Assist with reports and data extraction when needed Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades, etc.) Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses Troubleshoot data-related problems Timely production and maintenance of reports Create and maintain data content for internal publications Who we are looking for: Our employees represent a wide range of educational backgrounds, work experience, and nationalities - most important to us are your personal skills.
