Data Analyst

who can dive into our data, uncover actionable insights, and help drive decisions that keep us ahead of the competition. If you’re a curious, creative problem-solver who thrives on finding opportunities and empowering teams, we want you on board. What You’ll Do: Analyse and Interpret Data : Explore sales, customer behaviour, inventory, and logistics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Drive Compliance and Fraud Detection : Spot misuse or irregularities in processes, such as discount manipulation or fraudulent transactions, ensuring integrity across the business. Shape Business Strategy : Help define and monitor KPIs for regional managers, retail stores, and operations, delivering insights that inform long-term strategy. Quick Wins and Big Picture : Identify quick-win opportunities in areas like customer service and returns while driving larger strategic initiatives, such as forecasting and distribution optimisation. Collaborate Across Departments : Work closely with finance, retail operations, marketing, and distribution teams to support and empower them with your insights. Explore AI Opportunities : Lead the charge in uncovering how AI can enhance data analysis, process efficiency, and decision-making. Empower the Team : Present findings in a way that inspires action, helping our leaders make data-driven decisions to drive growth and innovation. What We’re Looking For: Technical Expertise : Strong skills in MySQL and experience working with data in bespoke ERP systems. Proficiency in Power BI or similar reporting tools is a must. Retail Savvy : Knowledge of multi-location retail operations and logistics. Understanding customer behaviour and supply chain dynamics is a bonus. Curiosity and Creativity : The ability to dive into the data, spot opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to the table. AI Enthusiast : Experience or interest in AI tools and methodologies to advance our data capabilities. Influencer : A knack for presenting insights in a way that inspires action and drives change.
