  • Document clear business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artefacts to enable effective delivery.
  • Analyse current and future-state workflows to identify improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into practical, deliverable data solutions.
