Data & Analytics Delivery Lead - Lead Strategic Data Transformation & Analytics programs This role is key in delivering operational agility and supporting an ambitious growth strategy for their division. Role Overview: As the data and analytics leader within the Division, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a data strategy that drives value, operational effectiveness, and strategic alignment for our clients. Leading a large team, you will deliver quality data insights that empower informed decision-making and enhance business performance for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as a senior advisor to business leaders, aligning data initiatives with clients’ top priorities and embedding data & analytics into ongoing projects. Operational Agility

- Introduce tools such as balanced scorecards, KPI mapping, and other performance management techniques to maximize data's role in driving agile decision-making. What We're Looking For: Strategic Data Leader

- Proven track record of transforming data into a strategic business asset with measurable impact for our clients. Extensive Experience

- Minimum 10 years in Data & Analytics within complex organizations, ideally in CPG, Telecom, Energy, financial services, or similar. Influential Communicator

- Skilled in engaging and influencing senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to advance data-driven decision-making. Operational Innovator

- Comfortable with modernizing processes, digitization, and implementing straight-through processing for enhanced efficiency. Technical Expertise

- Knowledge of data governance, data lifecycle management, data integration, and experience with leading & delivering large Data & Analytics platforms. Results-Focused

- Strong prioritization skills and a track record of delivering high-impact data initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
