We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Analytics Manager to lead the delivery of advanced, accurate, and timely data insights that will shape strategic decision-making across Helping Hands. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and develop our analytics team, utilising a modern data stack to transform raw data into meaningful insights. By fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, you will directly contribute to our mission of providing outstanding care services in the home. Main Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of advanced analytics solutions that generate actionable insights for stakeholders across the organisation. Develop a thorough understanding of the company's data structures and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and define complex data requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Transform and model data to create efficient, reliable, and reusable datasets within the modern data platform (Matillion, Snowflake, dbt, Power BI). Design and build visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making. Manage, mentor, and develop two direct reports, fostering a high-performing, motivated, and engaged analytics team. Provide technical leadership, resolving complex queries and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs. About You We're looking for a skilled and proactive Analytics Manager with advanced problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality insights. You'll bring strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop a high-performing team, along with excellent communication abilities to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions. Proficiency in advanced SQL, data transformation tools like dbt, and modern data stack workflows (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Power BI) is essential. Experience in delivering complex analytics projects, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of data visualisation principles are key. Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Python/R, and knowledge of data governance and GDPR compliance is highly desirable, as is experience in healthcare, social care, or retail. Benefits
