We currently have a vacancy for an IT and Data Engineer at Audience Collective based in our Brighton office. The IT and Data Engineer will join our IT team, reporting into the IT Manager. The main purpose of the role is to ensure continued IT service and to improve data deliverables internally and for our clients. This is an exciting role where the right candidate will have the opportunity to drive forward our processes for data and reporting, working to ensure we're delivering the best for our clients whilst also improving on our own internal reports. You will also be involved in development tasks, working directly with the CTO to drive our internal systems forward and create new, robust tools on the Microsoft power platform. You'll be responsible for: Data reporting, data engineering and forensic data support Development of internal tools to assist in bringing data together External data and reporting support to our agencies for their clients 1st / 2nd line level IT support for multiple agencies Development of processes and policies for data and reporting Here at AC, we understand that diversity is an important part of a truly inclusive community, and it’s something we're committed to as an organisation. The things we are looking for throughout the application process are: Previous experience of data tools like Looker Studio, Data Factory. Data-driven / forensic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Previous experience of IT support at a 1st or 2nd line level, specifically remotely. Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform. Some development (programming) knowledge in any language an advantage. Great communication skills both written and verbal. Comfortable with setting and following repeatable processes. Knowledge of GDPR and other compliance standards. Occasional travel within the UK may be required. What are we offering?
