Our Assets and Data team is essential to the smooth running of our business. Whether they are analysing data to support colleagues with performance monitoring or researching information to prepare reports and recommendations to improve productivity, our team keeps the customer at the heart of our organisation.
About the role
We are looking for a customer-focused Data and Performance Analyst to join our team and help us achieve our social mission.
On the job, you will:
Undertake evaluation of data, such as Repairs, Voids, and Statutory Services to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
Report and analyse data to produce operational-related Key Performance Indicators.
Undertake projects, analysis, reconciliations, or data investigations.
Work with IT to review and improve existing reporting dashboards and create new dashboards for enhanced reporting.
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.
For this role, you will need:
To make decisions within policy guidelines while regularly using analytical skills to determine the correct solution for customers.
Problem-solving skills on a day-to-day basis to identify solutions where they may not always be apparent.
To build strong and effective working relationships with colleagues and customers, providing technical assistance and offering longer-term support.
To be educated to A level or equivalent.
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
The ability to analyse data and solve problems.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good IT skills to produce statistical data and reports.
The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team.
Good organisational and time management skills.
