As our Data Architect Manager, you’ll provide thought leadership and participate in projects involving upstream and downstream data flows and processes. You will oversee the implementation of strategies designed to enhance data reliability and minimize redundancies while championing organizational behavior change related to data management. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, you’ll develop end-to-end solutions for data sourcing, processing, integration, and delivery. Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Minimum of 15 years of applicable experience with 10+ years of specific IT experience in managing solution designs. 5+ years of hands-on experience in lead roles architecting solutions at scale for cloud data platforms. 5 to 7 years of experience in Cloud database technologies. Hands-on experience architecting and building secure, scalable, and flexible enterprise data projects in Microsoft Azure. Experience with a breadth of Data Platforms, Data Integration tools, Databases, Big Data Platforms, Cloud-based data platforms, and Data Streaming technologies. Strong understanding of modern Data Architectures and the ability to understand Data in the context of Business goals. Experience in architecting and building cloud-based analytical data platforms (like Data Lakes, Lake Houses, Data Warehouses, etc.). Experience with data integration services such as Azure Data Factory. Proficiency in the design of batch and streaming data ingestion. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and conduct executive-level presentations. These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Knowledge of Agency Management systems like Applied EPIC and Vertafore Sagitta, Benefit Point is a major plus. Knowledge of Informatica – IICS task flows development and maintenance. Data bricks experience and certification. Microsoft Azure Data Engineer or other cloud certifications. Experience with MongoDB or another NoSQL database, PostgreSQL, or any relational database. Experience with business intelligence tools; Power BI or Qlik is preferred.
