What the role involves

• Leading enterprise data architecture and modernization initiatives across cloud and analytics platforms.
• Design and govern scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data warehouse solutions.
• Driving legacy-to-cloud migration and Databricks -based transformation programs.
• Leading end-to-end project delivery including requirements.
• Design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Skills and requirements

• Strong experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Analytics Delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks, cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT tools, and data warehousing technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Insurance/P&C domain experience is preferred.
