Responsible for the day to day running of the Data Assurance Team including organising tasks and ensuring that data integrity is maintained to the highest standards. This role incorporates highly accurate and controlled processes and requires full ownership of integrity and alignment of data across PayPoint’s systems.

Responsibilities Management of 4 direct reports, including monthly 1-2-1’s, annual performance reviews and coaching. Ensure all daily reconciliation and syncing tasks across systems are completed in a timely manner. Provide governance and ensure compliance with FCA process documentation including monthly reconciliations. Maintain retailer contractual integrity by monitoring Experian alerts and other identifiers which may signal change. Ensure retailer details are compliant with BACs and HMRC guidelines. Monitor systems input, corrections and account activity on a weekly/monthly basis. Identify root cause of errors and work cross functionally to implement permanent or tactical fixes. Collate and compile monthly quality assurance reporting in accordance with internal requirements. Support with internal and external audits. Complete quarterly Salesforce testing. Develop tools to support the improvement of overall quality assurance e.g. help sheets, guidance framework etc. Work to reduce the need for manual reconciliation through Salesforce development for retailers and clients.

Essential Requirements for the Role Good organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Able to identify potential issues and risks. Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Not afraid to challenge the status quo and identify improvements. Ability to provide feedback in a constructive manner.
