Responsibilities
Lead all construction activities, from pre-construction through to handover.
Manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Negotiate contracts and liaise with clients to ensure alignment with their requirements.
Ensure that all construction work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in data center construction management.
Proven success in leading large-scale projects in a senior capacity.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Strong understanding of construction law, health and safety regulations, and building codes.
